Dream homes Ireland: New ’boutique’ housing developments to be built in three parts of south Dublin

Victoria Homes will launch housing developments this summer with new homes coming to three parts of South Dublin. The “boutique developments” will include: ten four-bed houses in Ballyboden, seven large apartments in Dundrum and four bespoke homes in Dun Laoghaire.
Vista Montana, based in Ballyboden is situated close to St. Enda’s GAA Club in Knocklyon. The spacious redbrick homes will be finished with “high quality and contemporary luxury”.
Rosemount View in Dundrum is situated in a prime location on Dundrum Road, adjacent to the Dundrum Luas stop. These set of apartments will be delivered to a turn-key finish, complete with a full set of appliances including a German-style kitchen and Pergo flooring throughout.
The homes in Dun Laoghaire, Northumberland Close will be “high-end and stylish developments” designed by renowned local architect, Tony Mullen. The development itself is situated within a short stroll of Dun Laoghaire town centre, in a sought-after cul de sac off Northumberland Avenue.
Derek Byrne who runs the Dublin-based home builder alongside Danny Whelan said:
“While we have been ramping up activity over the past five years, our focus has always been to deliver high-quality, bespoke homes in the most appealing neighbourhoods for homebuyers.”

Victoria Homes have delivered various other Dublin developments including Corrybeg Way in Templeogue and Greygates in Mount Merrion.
